All above styles arrows used shall be identical in length, weight, diameter, fletchings and nocks without regard to colour, with allowance for wear and tear.
LONGBOW
- One piece straight end bow of any material which when strung displays one continued unidirectional curve
- Bow may contain window and arrow shelf

- No stabiliser
- One nocking popoint
- Mediterranean loose
- One consistent anchor point
- Arrows must be of wood fletched with natural feather
