Hello Everyone,

The WFAA Welsh Open 3D Championships will take place once again at Hawk Archers in Abergavenny on the 14th and 15th of June. This tournament was held for the first time last year and was well received by all who took part. Several archers took part who had not shot 3Ds before and all are returning for more this year.

If you are interested in shooting this tournament or have been thinking about trying 3D shooting, get yourself booked in - this will be a good shoot!!!

This tournament is fully open so the championships are open to any archers who want to take part provided they are a member of an IFAA affiliated governing body (WFAA for Wales, EFAA for England, SFAA for Scotland, IFAF for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland).

There will be parking, catering, and flushing toilets available both days. Camping is also available on site for a small fee which will be payable to the club on registration.

The format of the rounds are:

Day 1 - 28 target Marked 2 shot 3D round
Day 2 - 28 target Unmarked 3 shot 3D round

If you are intersted in shooting the Welsh 3D Championships 2008, please visit the WFAA website for full details including entry form, entry list and directions: www.fieldarchery.org.uk

We are expecting a lot of interest in this tournament so please get your entry form in early to avoid disappointment.

Best Regards,
Mathew Symmonds
